The role emphasizes working to defined rates, defect awareness, and ongoing training. Must read measurements, lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and collaborate within a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

Read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
Basic word/number recognition and visual cues.
Operate power tools safely and use PPE appropriately.
Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
Follow Standard Work instructions and tolerances.
Capable of bending, lifting 50 lb and standing long hours.

Responsibilities

Assemble, lift, pack products using hand tools.
Support employee engagement and follow cleanup times.
Work safely and adhere to production rates.
Contribute to improving standard work and quality.
Identify issues, communicate and train teammates.
Cross-train across departments as needed.
