Position: Windows Deployment Technician

Pay Range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades of Windows 10 to Windows 11 across various departments.
• Monitor deployment scripts via SCCM for successful upgrades.
• Validate post-deployment functionality.
• Coordinate with staff to schedule upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot issues and document upgrade status.

Requirements

• 1+ years in IT support or systems deployment.
• Experience with SCCM.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Ability to travel within the Greater Philadelphia area.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
