CDW is seeking Deployment Technicians for a 1-month onsite Windows 11 deployment across Hartford-area healthcare facilities. The role focuses on hands-on device deployment, imaging, asset management, and end-user support.

You will deploy Windows devices, image and provision them, track assets, and set up workstations while coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues onsite.

Formación

• Experience deploying Windows desktop and laptop hardware in enterprise environments.
• Strong imaging and deployment process knowledge.
• Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking.
• Experience supporting end users in fast-paced settings.
• Basic networking concepts and protocols understanding.
• Willingness to travel between Hartford-area locations.

CDW is seeking Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project across multiple healthcare facilities in the Hartford area. This is a hands-on role focused on device deployment, imaging, asset management, and end-user support.

What You'll Do

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 devices, including thin clients, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform device imaging and provisioning activities
• Manage asset tracking and data collection throughout the deployment process
• Complete hardware installations, cable management, and workstation setups
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues onsite
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, server, application, and vendor teams to resolve technical issues
• Perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for end-user equipment
• Document deployment progress and report issues through established procedures

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience deploying Windows desktop and laptop hardware in enterprise environments
