Rex Moore seeks a hands-on Technical Support Technician to maintain and enhance our Windows-based IT infrastructure in a busy office setting. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with Active Directory administration, and help ensure reliable daily IT operations under the guidance of the IT Support Lead.

You will work across Windows 10/11, server environments, and networking basics, using ITSM tools to manage tickets and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 workstation environments.
• Proficient in Active Directory user and group management.
• Knowlege of Windows Server 2019+ administration, security policies and access controls.
• Basic networking skills including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows workstations and office productivity apps.
• Manage AD accounts, group policies, and access permissions.
• Support Windows Server environments and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, file shares, and remote access issues.
• Utilize ITSM tools to track tickets and report on IT issues.
