Job summary

Rex Moore Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Technician to maintain our Windows-based IT environment and support end-users. You will handle L1/L2 incidents, manage Active Directory, and assist with server and network issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, documentation, and ongoing collaboration with IT leadership. A strong foundation in Windows, AD, and ITSM tools will help you succeed in a dynamic, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience in a Windows networking environment.
• Hands-on experience with AD user and group management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration, security policies, and access controls.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow or ManageEngine) for issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows 10/11 workstations and Office 365 applications.
• Manage AD user accounts, group policies, and access permissions.
• Assist with Windows Server 2019+ administration and security policies.
• Troubleshoot networking issues, DNS/DHCP/VPN, and file shares.
• Document configurations and create SOPs; participate in IT projects.
• Contribute to patch management and enterprise IT process improvements.
