Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two Junior Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale device rollout for a healthcare client in North Jersey. They will deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals in a Windows environment for the main hospital and Epic training rooms, with post-go-live support after rollout.

Responsibilities include hardware setup, device swaps, cable management, imaging/configuring devices, and working with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with technology deployment.
• Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software.
• Basic Epic exposure.
• Basic VDI Knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users.
• Excellent communication.
