Job summary

A Shade Above Window Fashions, Inc. is seeking top-performing window treatment salespeople to join our Charlotte-area team. You’ll meet clients at homes and showrooms, listen closely, and guide them to shades, blinds, shutters, and motorization while delivering exceptional service.

This is a commission-based role with a six-month salary draw during training. Afterward, uncapped commissions and bonuses reward effort.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in a consumer/home services industry.
• Strong eye for design and color to help clients pick fabrics and finishes.
• People person who listens well and builds trust.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients.
• Comfort with technology, motorization products, and home automation basics.
• Motivated by personal and team success.
• Nice to have: ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in homes or showrooms and guide selections.
• Measure windows, prepare quotes, and complete jobs end-to-end.
• Explain product value and technical details to homeowners.
• Coordinate time and manage multiple clients efficiently.
• Build relationships with designers and trade partners.
• Grow book of business with relocation flexibility.
