Job summary

Made in the Shade - North OKC is seeking a Window Treatment Sales Consultant to meet with customers in their homes, guide projects from consultation through installation, and earn based on performance. This high-earning role rewards drive and customer-focused service.

The position requires sales experience, strong communication and math skills for measuring and quoting, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed at a locally owned franchise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience preferred, with in-home sales as a bonus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Strong math skills for measuring and quoting.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend the right solution.
• Create customized proposals based on style, function, and budget.
• Measure accurately and build clear quotes.
• Stay organized, arrive on time, and follow up consistently.
• Generate new business through referrals and relationships.
• Own the customer experience from sale through installation.
• Partner with installers to ensure accurate measurements and smooth installs.
• Stay current on products and vendor offerings.

As a Window Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them choose the right window treatments, and guide the project from consultation through installation. This is a high-earning role for a driven, commission-minded salesperson who enjoys helping customers make confident decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred with in-home sales as a bonus


• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed


• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM


• Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a 6-foot ladder
