Bumble Bee Blinds is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant to sell window coverings to residential and commercial clients, build a client base, and drive revenue in the local market.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently, with occasional local promotional activities and a company car provided. Training and development are offered as part of the hive perks.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in self-generated lead sales and customer service.
• Experience in interior design or home services sales is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Drives leads and conduct lead generation activities like local canvassing.
• Perform in-home consultations, customer instruction on various window covering options and functionality, and measurements to provide estimates.
• Develops relationships with customers to find the best window solutions for desired space.
• Leverages Bumble Bee Blinds innovative technology to meet customers’ needs.
• Build and nurture strong networking relationships with new clients, existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders in the local market.
• Responsible for maintaining, updating, and communicating client data, project status, and job details.
• Utilizes customer information, materials, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Performs simple installation of window treatments according to manufacturer instruction and best practices.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintains constant communication between all departments, as well as customers, on current work orders.
• Participates in regular sales meetings, webinars, and training.
• Arrives on time to work and any/all appointments and meetings.
• Occasional participation in local promotional activities to support business development (which may take place during evenings and/or weekends).
