Bumble Bee Blinds of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Design and Sales Consultant to sell window coverings to residential and commercial clients in the Northwest Arkansas market. You will generate leads, conduct in-home consultations, and present customized solutions while upholding high service standards.

You will report to the General Manager. You are energetic, organized, and driven to win new business, with strong listening and communication skills to deliver customer-focused results.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales and customer service.
• Experience in interior design or home services sales is a plus but not required.
• Very comfortable interfacing with potential customers in residential and commercial spaces.
• Strong working knowledge of common computer software including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and a professional demeanor.
• Friendly, independent worker with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license. High School diploma required; college degree preferred.

• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Drives leads and conduct lead generation activities like local canvassing.
• Perform in-home consultations, customer instruction on various window covering options and measurements to provide estimates.
• Develops relationships with customers to find the best window solutions for desired space.
• Leverages Bumble Bee Blinds innovative technology to meet customers’ needs.
• Build and nurture networking relationships with new and existing clients, interior designers, realtors, and builders.
• Maintain, update, and communicate client data, project status, and job details.
• Performs installation of window treatments according to manufacturer instructions and best practices.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and documentation on time.
• Maintains communication between all departments, customers, on current work orders.
• Participates in regular sales meetings, webinars, and training.
