Bumble Bee Blinds is looking for a Design & Sales Consultant to sell window-covering products to residential and commercial clients in your market. You will build a clientele, drive revenue, and uphold high standards of service and professionalism with strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities include in-home consultations, lead generation, developing client relationships, and coordinating with designers, realtors, and builders.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in self-generated lead sales, commercial sales and customer service.
• Experience in interior design or home services sales is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable interfacing with potential customers in residential and commercial spaces.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM programs.
• Detail oriented, organized, and capable of recording notes and records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Drives leads and conduct lead generation activities like local canvassing.
• Perform in-home consultations, customer instruction on window covering options and measurements.
• Develops relationships with customers to find the best window solutions.
• Leverages Bumble Bee Blinds technology to meet customer needs.
• Builds networking relationships with new and existing clients, designers, realtors, and builders.
• Maintains and communicates client data, project status, and job details.
• Uses customer information and materials to ensure efficient task execution.
• Performs simple installation of window treatments per manufacturer instructions.
• Submits all task-related activities and documentation timely.
• Maintains communication between departments and customers on work orders.
• Participates in sales meetings, webinars, and training.
• Arrives on time for work and appointments.
• Occasional participation in local promotional activities.
