Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate in Peachtree City, GA. Base pay starts at $16.00 per hour with 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday.

The role involves fabricating components for window assembly, operating machinery, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/production experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Monitor production materials and advise team leads when supplies are low.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.
