Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 1 for our Kentucky manufacturing facility. Start time is 7am; you will fabricate and assemble window components across departments, using hand tools and saws as needed.

You will follow safety guidelines, perform quality audits, and assist with production planning. The role offers full-time hours, competitive benefits starting day one, and opportunities for cross-training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Ability to measure lengths accurately to 1/32 inch.
• Ability to read and interpret common data, productivity reports, and measurements.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capable of using computerized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble window units.
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks.
• Move carts in and out of production areas.
• Observe safety guidelines and wear PPE; maintain quality.
