Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate in Georgia. This role involves fabricating and producing component parts for final window assembly in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

You will operate machinery, inspect products, and maintain a clean work environment, with opportunities for overtime and steady shifts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a willingness to work 6:00am–4:30pm shifts, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Monitor production materials and advise team leads when supplies are low.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.

Education
