Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring in Phoenix, AZ for a production/assembly role. Shifts are day, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with base pay starts at $19.00 per hour. The role involves assembling windows, measuring, and using hand tools in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in manufacturing or related fields, be able to lift 50 lbs, read a tape measure, and maintain high attendance and safety standards. Wages are hourly with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or construction preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Reading a tape measure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety practices.
• Assist production and be open to cross-training.
• Comply with PPE requirements.
