Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the Rocky Mount, VA facility to fabricate and assemble window components in a fast-paced environment. The role involves heavy lifting, manual and power tool use, and following work orders to mass‑produce windows and related products.

The 1st shift runs 6:00 am–6:00 pm Monday–Friday. Base pay is $16.00 per hour with shoe voucher and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Prefer experience in manufacturing and reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Operate hand or power tools, including saws and routers.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and product handling.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
