Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an entry-level Lamination/Production Operator to fabricate components for window assemblies at our Lexington, NC site. You will work on an assembly line performing repetitive tasks, using hand and power tools, and handling materials with care.

Safety procedures must be followed to protect yourself and teammates. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs at times, standing for long periods, and potential cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• Lifting requirements up to 50 lbs (frequently 20 lbs, occasionally 40–50 lbs).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate/assemble components.
• Cross-train in multiple functions across department lines.
• Must be able to stand or walk on a concrete floor for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components on an assembly line under supervision.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks and operate hand/power tools.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries.
• Support multiple production processes as needed across departments.
