Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lamination Operator to fabricate and assemble window components in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role involves repetitive tasks on an assembly line, with supervision and opportunities to learn multiple departments.

You will handle materials, use hand and power tools, and must follow safety procedures to protect yourself and co-workers. The job is full-time, with opportunities for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more starting

Qualifications

• Lifting requirements: 20 lbs frequently; 40 lbs occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally for heavy production.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble.
• Cross-training in multiple functions within and between department lines.
• Employees stand or walk on concrete floor for up to a ten-hour shift.

Responsabilités

• Assemble building material components as an entry-level team member.
• Perform one or more repetitive assembly line tasks under direct supervision.
• Handle materials insertion, positioning, clamping, splicing, and fitting parts with hand and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures to prevent injuries to self and others.
