Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lamination Operator to join our manufacturing team in North Carolina. The role focuses on fabricating components for final window assemblies in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

You will assemble window material components on an assembly line under supervision, use hand and power tools, and follow safety procedures. This entry-level position offers room to cross-train and grow within a strong multi-department operation.

Qualifications

• Lifting requirements: 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production
• Ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble
• Cross-train in multiple functions within and between department lines
• Stand or walk on concrete floor for up to a ten-hour shift

Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components on an assembly line under direct supervision
• Repeatedly perform one or more jobs to fabricate window material components
• Process materials insertion/positioning, clamping, splicing, fitting parts
• Observe safety procedures to prevent injury to self and coworkers
