Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas, TX is hiring a Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations. Base pay is $17 per hour, with a morning shift from Monday to Friday starting at 6 AM; ability to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed.

You will assemble and inspect windows and doors, operate hand tools and power equipment, monitor production lines, and perform quality checks while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work up to 12 hours and Saturdays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 12 months in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and endure a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to meet quality standards.
• Review work orders, prepare materials, and operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment.
• Assemble components including frames, glass units, hardware, seals, and screens.
• Operate production equipment such as saws, pneumatic tools, and welding machinery.
• Inspect finished products and report defects or quality concerns.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packing, and loading.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production targets and maintain safety standards.
