American WeatherTechs is seeking a full-time construction field technician to oversee multiple exterior remodeling projects across Ohio. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in general construction with a focus on windows and siding, and experience in window replacement and service.

You will work on-site with a company truck and fuel provided, receive a competitive salary based on experience, and have opportunities for advancement, with cell phone reimbursement and 401(k) matching.

Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time construction field technician to oversee multiple jobs within the window and siding industry. Must have 2+ years experience in General Construction with a focus on exterior home improvements (windows & siding). Window replacement and service is the desired experience, with siding preferred. Company truck and fuel provided. Competitive salary based on experience, cell phone reimbursement and 401(k) with company match.

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Drug test and background check required
• Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, however this position requires some flexibility to perform duties outside of these times

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in General Construction with a focus on window replacement and service
• Siding experience is a plus
• Experience communicating directly with customers/homeowners
• Organizational and scheduling skills needed
• We are willing to provide training to the right candidate
