Job summary

Window World is seeking a dependable Service Technician to join our Dallas-Fort Worth team. This full-time role involves repairing and servicing replacement windows, doors, and siding at customer homes, traveling in a company truck, and delivering expert workmanship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and service replacement windows, entry doors, and siding
• Perform maintenance and light repairs at customer homes
• Complete caulking, finishing, and touch-up painting as needed
• Diagnose product and installation issues and document repair recommendations
• Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Travel to customer job sites using a company-provided truck
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Window World professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service

What You'll Do
