American WeatherTechs is seeking a full-time field service technician to oversee multiple window and door service jobs in the greater Cincinnati area. You will diagnose and resolve issues, work directly with customers, and perform on-site installations with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Company truck and fuel are provided, along with a competitive salary based on experience, cell phone reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. Some flexibility outside normal hours may be required.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in General Construction with a focus on window and door replacement and service.
• Experience communicating directly with customers/homeowners.
• Organizational and scheduling skills needed.
• Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time field service technician to oversee multiple jobs within the window and door industry. The ideal candidate is skilled in general contracting or remodeling who can independently diagnose and/or resolve service issues. Company truck and fuel provided. Competitive salary based on experience, cell phone reimbursement and 401(k) with company match.

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Drug test and background check required
• Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, however this position requires some flexibility to perform duties outside of these times

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in General Construction with a focus on window and door replacement and service
• Experience communicating directly with customers/homeowners
• Organizational and scheduling skills needed
• We are willing to provide training to the right candidate
