Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly. You will contribute to safe, quality-driven production, minimize waste, and maintain material flow throughout the plant with urgency.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools, following standard work, and supporting team initiatives while meeting customer demand. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand long hours, and work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Basic math including fractions and decimals required.
• Able to operate power tools safely and follow PPE protocols.
• Must follow defined standard work and safety policies.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and maintain safe work practices.
• Work at a defined rate per customer demand and standardized operations.
• Identify problems and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Assist with training co-workers and promote a respectful workplace.
