Job summary

Porter Preston MFG LLC is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to grow our trade business across the United States. You will own your territory, represent our window coverings lines exclusively, and build lasting relationships with designers, retailers, and dealers.

Industry experience is strongly preferred. Compensation includes a $40,000-$50,000 base plus 2-3% commission, with benefits such as 401(k) matching and paid time off. Training & development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Outside B2B sales experience in window treatments or related fields.
• Proven track record of opening accounts and meeting goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with territory ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
• Present and demonstrate products in showrooms and design studios.
• Quote, negotiate and close sales.
• Train customers on our product lines.
• Coordinate with our team on orders and service.
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM.
