Requirements include 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm window orders.
• Communicates agreement between company and customer and negotiates plan terms.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Follows safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and drive between sites.
