Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and vendor relationships post-sale through final installation.
• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm orders for custom windows.
• Communicate agreements with customers and negotiate plan terms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, safety and health regulations.
• Assist in administrative tasks and staging products in the warehouse; drive as required.
