Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer journey from post-sale through installation. You will ensure accurate window measurements, manage vendor relations, and verify project scope while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, strong professionalism, and exceptional communication. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between sites and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful problem solving abilities.
• Top notch customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation, including the accuracy of measuring windows.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm the order of the custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer, identifies alternative actions, and negotiates terms with the customer as appropriate.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with safety and health standards.
• Completes various administrative tasks and assists the warehouse in staging products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites as needed.
