Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through final installation. You will conduct precise window measurements at each job site and ensure accurate scope and orders.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, self-motivation, and top-notch customer service. A company vehicle, IPad/IPhone, and bonus plan are provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale through final installation.
• Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Implement management policies and operating practices and inspect project scope to determine work.
• Communicate agreements with customers and negotiate terms as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permitting, and safety regulations.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and staging of products; operate company vehicle as required.
