Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Charleston, SC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relationships from post-sale through installation. The ideal candidate will have strong residential window measurement experience and a hands-on approach to ensuring work meets specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting projects, communicating with customers, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivation and discipline are important.
• Top notch customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm orders of products.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer.
• Identify alternative actions and negotiate terms with the customer as needed.
• Ensure permits and licensing requirements are met.
• Recruit, screen and manage crew members and subcontractors.
• Ensure project is completed to spec and safety regulations are followed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and clients.
