Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relations after sale through final installation. You will ensure precise window measurements and maintain strong communication with customers to adapt plans as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites are essential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation, including the accuracy of measuring windows.
• Implements management policies and operating practices.
• Inspects all aspects of the project to determine scope of work.
• Conducts precise measurements at each job site to confirm order of the custom windows.
• Communicates the agreement between company and customer and negotiates changes as needed.
• Analyzes licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Follows regulatory safety and health requirements.
• Completes administrative tasks and assists in the warehouse to stage products for delivery.
• Has a valid driver’s license and can drive between sites.
