Window & Door Install/Service Coordinator

Location: PC Home Center, New Albany, Indiana

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, typical business hours

Pay: Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

About the Role

PC Home Stores is looking for an organized, dependable Window & Door Install/Service Coordinator to help manage window and door installation and service projects from scheduling through final completion.

This person will serve as a key connection between customers, sales team members, installers, service technicians, vendors, and delivery personnel. Successful candidates are organized, detail-oriented communicators who enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts and helping customers through the installation process.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate window and door installation and service projects from handoff through completion.
• Review project details before scheduling to make sure the job is ready to move forward.
• Schedule installation and service appointments with customers, installers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Keep customers informed about schedules, project status, delays, service appointments, and next steps.
• Provide installers and service technicians with complete and accurate job information.
• Maintain accurate project notes, schedules, photos, paperwork, and customer communications.
• Track product availability, deliveries, replacement materials, return trips, and other project needs.
• Identify missing information, scheduling conflicts, product delays, and service concerns before they create larger problems.
• Follow installation and service issues through resolution, involving the appropriate manager when needed.
• Confirm that projects are complete and that all required paperwork has been received.
• Follow up with customers after installation to identify any unresolved concerns.
• Help identify recurring installation, service, scheduling, or communication issues that could improve our processes.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, customer service, construction, installed sales, or a related field.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several active projects at one time.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and project notes.
• Ability to review work orders, measurements, project details, and product information.
• Good judgment when solving routine problems and determining when an issue needs to be escalated.

Work Environment
