Job summary

Window Nation in Detroit, MI is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling and administration of residential window, siding, and door installations. You will coordinate crews, materials, documentation, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in admin or project coordination, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Reports to: Operations Manager

The Installation Coordinator manages the scheduling and administration of residential window, siding, and door installation projects. This role coordinates crews, materials, documentation, customer communication, and project closeout to ensure installations are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installations efficiently and confirm project readiness.
• Track materials, labor requirements, and installation timelines.
• Maintain accurate project records and update job statuses daily.
• Prepare work orders and required documentation for installation crews.
• Assign qualified crews based on project requirements and availability.
