Mead Lumber Company in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead the installation team, coordinate schedules, ensure workmanship quality, and resolve on-site issues. This role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, promote safety, and uphold company standards while delivering outstanding service and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in installation, construction, or related field.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities for on-site issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate projects effectively.

Job Summary: The Installation Supervisor supports daily installation operations by leading the installation team, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and resolving on-site issues. This role promotes safe, efficient installations, provides employee guidance and training, and ensures company standards and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Field Operations
