Siemens Gamesa Wind Turbines at Adams County Wind Farm in Lenox, IA, is seeking a skilled technician to service and maintain turbines, perform repairs, and support safe, efficient wind-farm operations under demanding conditions.

You will work inside turbine enclosures up to 300 feet, handle mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems (including PLCs), travel up to 15% to facilities nationwide, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues with safety and quality as top priorities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic field.
• Must pass physical and meet weight limit 265 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and maintain Siemens Gamesa wind turbines at Adams County Wind Farm.
• Improve wind farm operations with daily task improvements.
• Work inside turbine enclosure at 300 feet.
• Respond to repairs in hazardous conditions ensuring safety.
• Collaborate with technicians and customers.
• Support wind farm operations with additional roles as needed.
