Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• At least two years of experience in technical, mechanical, electrical, or wind‑turbine field.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC, or converter systems; ability to read technical procedures and schematics.
• Ability to travel up to 95% domestically and internationally; valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Ability to climb turbines up to 300 feet and work in confined spaces; safety‑critical duties required.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 95% to wind sites and provide field support across projects.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Siemens Gamesa wind turbines, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC, and converter systems.
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and complete corrective work to restore turbine availability.
• Complete service reports, time entries, parts documentation, and other required records.
• Follow safety, environmental, quality, and site requirements while collaborating with customers and mobile-team colleagues.
