Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Subsystem Integration Engineer – Machine Head to lead technical development for Machine Head sub-system integration from concept through operation. You will guide cross-functional teams, define architecture, and drive design validation and issues resolution.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in wind turbine engineering, system integration, and delivery of complex subsystems in a global environment. Relocation assistance is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and extensive experience on wind turbine projects.
• Experience with wind turbine components and systems integration.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide system expertise through all phases of product development.
• Define subsystem architecture and manage interfaces.
• Lead subsystem design studies and trade-offs.
• Author and approve requirements and technical documents.
• Lead subsystem problem solving, verification, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to release BOM.
