Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Senior Subsystem Integration Engineer – Machine Head to lead technical development and implement Machine Head Sub-System Level integration from concept to operation. The role requires strong systems engineering, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with extensive wind turbine project experience.
• Experience with system integration and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and climb wind turbines.

Responsibilities

• Provide system expertise through all phases of product development from requirements through life-cycle support.
• Define subsystem architecture and manage interfaces of the subsystem.
• Lead subsystem problem solving, verification, validation and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure on-schedule subsystem development and BOM release with accuracy.
