Job summary

Nordex SE in the United States seeks a Project Lead, Blades to oversee special projects within the Service Operations area. The role involves blade inspections, repairs campaigns, and coordinating large component campaigns with a focus on safety and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in project management in renewable energy or construction, a technical degree preferred, and a valid driver’s license for on-site work in the USA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical or engineering field preferred but work experience considered.
• Minimum 2–3 years in project management or related roles in renewable energy or construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of special projects within Services.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate blade/large component repair campaigns.
• Coordinate manpower and resources on-site for project activities.
• Monitor costs and validate contractor timesheets.
• Communicate project status to management and customers; prepare periodic reports.
