Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Specialist to coordinate and safely execute major corrective work across our wind fleet. The role involves leading internal teams and external vendors, completing safety documentation, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Candidate should have 3+ years in wind energy or related electrical work, with experience in self-hoisting crane operations and rigorous safety practices. Travel and site emergency readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in wind energy or related field.
• Electrical testing and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to operate around HV equipment and perform safe maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and safely execute major correctives across wind fleet.
• Lead both internal and third-party resources for component replacements.
• Complete LOTO, JSAs, and job documentation for safety compliance.
• Prepare data reports to meet requirements.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure safety standards.
