Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Hub Technician to maintain and repair wind turbine systems across Texas Hub 9 sites. You will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tasks, document work, and engage with remote operations when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, wind-tech experience, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb towers. Relocation assistance is provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of wind technician or wind mechanic experience.
• 2 years of work experience including hydraulic and electrical work; basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbine systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbines.
• Document work using service reporting tools.
• Assist with site operations as directed by management.
• Coordinate with remote operations center when needed.
