Job summary

Enel North America Inc. is seeking a Technician I to inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines and related systems.

You will review manuals and diagrams to plan tasks, tools, and parts, while performing planned maintenance and assisting senior technicians on troubleshooting. Responsibilities include completing scheduled maintenance, testing components, performing current/voltage calculations, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment and interpret readings.
• Familiarity with maintenance and electronic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to maximize generation.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components and assist with major ones.
• Complete LOTO, JSA, and job-specific documentation for safe maintenance.
• Travel to regional sites up to 25% as needed and support QA/QC activities.
