Job summary

Enel North America is a proven renewables leader delivering clean energy across the US and Canada. We are hiring a Wind Turbine Technician I to inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines and related equipment.

You will review manuals and schematics to determine tasks, tools, and parts, while assisting advanced technicians to return turbines to service. You will perform planned maintenance, support QA/QC, and align with HSEQ policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year related experience or training.
• Must have strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics for tasks and parts.

Responsibilities

• Complete all scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to maximize generation.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components; assist with major components.
• Perform current and voltage calculations as necessary.
• Initiate reports and records associated with maintenance and repairs.
• Complete lock-out-tag-out (LOTO), JSA’s, and documentation for safe maintenance.
• Support regional wind maintenance activities and QA/QC tasks.
