Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred.
• Strong mechanical background, gearing-related.
• 1–2 years wind energy or related industry experience.
• Understanding of Microsoft products.
• Experience with wind plant operations and turbines, HV switching preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance and testing equipment.
• Proficient with SQL Server and reporting tools.
• Willingness to pass background and drug tests.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wind turbines and related equipment on site.
• Perform safety procedures and documentation for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with Remote Operations Control Center as needed.
• Complete required training and on-the-job learning.
• Document work using service reporting procedures.
• Adhere to internal controls and safety policies.
