GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead wind turbine repowering projects from planning to closeout. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning while managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration across teams, field work at project sites, and travel about 30%. A strong background in wind energy, construction, and PMP or equivalent credentials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in wind energy, renewable energy, power generation, or related industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel ~30% and work at active wind project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of wind repowering projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, construction, procurement, operations, and commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, contractors, suppliers, utilities, landowners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks, and changes; provide status to leadership.
• Lead meetings and manage change orders, scope changes, and contractual issues.
• Coordinate major field activities including turbine installation and commissioning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all projects.
• Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects.
