Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Leader for the Onshore Wind Systems Engineering team. You will lead the Project Engineering group, directing technical execution for wind farm, repower, and CM&U projects, acting as the primary liaison among engineering, project management, supply chain, and customers.

You will mentor the team, assign resources, plan workforce needs, and drive process improvements to boost response times and productivity across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering and technology experience with leadership.
• Fluent in English.
• Travel availability about 10% of the year.

• Translate project requirements into product definitions and BOMs for supply chain.
