Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or PM field.
• 2–6 years of experience in a project coordinator, project developer, or similar role.
• CAPM or related certification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple wind energy projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
