Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead wind energy projects in the Minnesota market. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with service leads to deliver high-quality results.

You will manage stakeholders, develop plans, track health, and handle changes, ensuring timely invoicing and contractual commitments are met. A technical background and CAPM or equivalent credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in a project coordinator, project developer, or similar role.
• Professional licensure in a technical field, CAPM, or related certification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex and multi-service wind energy projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and mentor junior team members and coordinate with service leads.
• Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Oversee deliverables to meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, including scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
