Job summary

RNWBL in Oklahoma seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee wind energy operations at the project site. You will lead safety, scheduling, and maintenance, coordinating turbine and balance-of-plant activities to meet production targets.

You will manage technicians and subcontractors, drive efficiency, analyze performance, and report to clients and internal teams. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wind energy generation and leadership experience.
• Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree is a plus or related experience.
• Experience working on the Vestas V100/V110 turbines preferred.
• Ability to lead projects, delegate tasks, and liaise with customers.
• Strong communication, safety, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NERC, NFPA70E standards.
• Proficient in reading schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate site with the highest levels of safety, compliance and productivity.
• Coordinate the overall logistics and activities for turbine maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise the work of turbine technicians and subcontractors.
• Plan work to minimize downtime and maximize production.
• Maintain reports and CMMS data for the project sites.
• Ensure assets, vehicles, tools and equipment are properly cared for.
