RNWBL seeks a Plant Manager to lead wind-energy operations, ensuring safety, compliance and productive performance across turbine maintenance and fieldwork. You will coordinate logistics, supervise technicians and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

5+ years of wind energy experience and leadership.
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree is a plus.
Experience with Vestas V100/V110 turbines preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead projects and interface with customers.

Responsibilities

Operate site with focus on safety, compliance, and productivity.
Coordinate logistics for turbine maintenance and field repairs.
Supervise turbine technicians and subcontractors.
Plan work to minimize downtime and maximize production.
Prepare monthly and annual site reports.
Train and mentor technicians in electrical safety and maintenance.
